The in large-scale prescribed antibiotics are in most cases ineffective because people are resistant to them. With regard to herbs – these lose their healing virtues when they are processed at a temperature higher than 35 degrees [Celsius]
Ing. Hlebarov, when did you conceive the idea to start producing herb elixirs?
It is a long story – since my first experiments 35 years have passed. I have found out that, when herbs get steamed, they lose their healing virtues. Because, when heating them above 35 degrees, all oils and other healing substances get destroyed. So by means of the widely-known steam processing of herbs, they practically become ineffective. For our country [Bulgaria] herbs are a priceless wealth and we have become famous of them all over the world. In our country there grow about 1200 sorts of herbs, which variety can not be found anywhere else in the world. In France, for example, there grow about 620 sorts and in the vast Russia there can hardly be found 130 sorts. It turns out that the traditional way for application of herbs is not effective enough. The, in large scale, used by doctors antibiotics are already a 4th generation [of antibiotics] and are mutant; classical medicine is thus practically on the brink of ruin. Antibiotics do not take effect in most cases because people are already resistant to them. In case of an outbreak of any epidemic, like flu epidemic for instance, there would not be anything able to resist it. Even worse is the case with intestinal parasites and the other various kinds of bacteria, which can not be kept under control with the help of traditional medicaments.
On which principle are your herb elixirs based?
Extraction is a particular science which is quite difficult for acquiring. They [elixirs] are water-alcohol solutions where oils and water-soluble substances are to be extracted for 100%. In the case of a compound combination of the various elements, a very high effect can be achieved. If we are to say it frankly: the skill to work with herbs is a gift from above: it is not like to sit down and learn it from a book and then start doing it. Here we can talk about cosmic energy and high-lever refinements in the production process. I would not like to discourage somebody who has the intention to do this kind of things but I mean to say having a good wish only is not enough.
I know that you have elaborated several hundreds of elixirs. What is their exact number?
There exist 786 sorts and they are renown all over the whole world. For example I have been working with Zambia for five years now – from there I have received a very high praise. To heal AIDS for instance, you have to be able to heal everything else as well and to help organism to build its own shield to protect its destroyed immune system.
This is exactly what I wished to ask you. As elixirs are designed for immune system’s strengthening mainly, what do you use in case of AIDS?
I use Elixir No. 9, having as purpose the activation of a production of healthy cells by organism, which cells are to be multiplied until their number reaches 1000. It takes one year for a body to be cleared of the virus, together with bones and muscles.
We have achieved a big success also with tumours. But there is one "but ". It got proved that in the root of malignant diseases lies a bacterium, called trichomoniasis, and intestinal worms. When these two are present, there is a possibility for tumours to develop. This topic has been studied both by Russian and American professors.
Does trichomoniasis also not lie in the root of the “trichomonas vaginalis” venereal disease?
Trichomoniasis together with chlamides lies in the root of venereal diseases and in this case we are talking about very dangerous venereal diseases. Two months ago, the World Health Organisation recognized these as most dangerous together with AIDS. There is no antibiotic which can counteract them; in such cases, when antibiotic is prescribed, it is being done more in order to reassure patients. Doctors are right to do so but the truth is that there is no cardinal healing by means of the medicaments known by now. They [diseases] are unconquerable.
In the current panic situation regarding bird flu, what would you recommend?
Why was it necessary to come to this moment of panic when two years ago bird flu was already known in Southeast Asia and China? Not even one government took any measures to do something about this. Now, when danger arose, they will kill off birds. There is no law however on highly effective technologies and a government which is not dealing with this issue. In a certain moment everything turns into a vicious circle.
Are Bulgarians very ill, in your opinion?
Everything depends on the economic situation. The high rate of unemployment results into much stress. Employed people pay above 40% taxes. How are we [Bulgarians] supposed to fit into the European Union’s market? While taxing companies with 70%? How is this going to be possible?
Are your products known in Europe?
Not only in Europe but also all over the world. Mostly in the United States, Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom and other countries.
Have your products been certified in compliance with any standard?
Yes, they have been certified as alimentary supplements. At the moment I am waiting for the European Union to register them as medicinal media.
We have already been overtaken by the first cold spells; the winter has reminded us about itself. Can the elixirs be used as prophylactics against flu for instance?
Yes. Numbers 3, 774 and 51 in a combination of 20-30 drops, two times per day, take a great effect. Vaccines are funny stuff because an alien protein is shoved into body in this way and in the best case only 65% effectiveness is achieved. I have done the greatest job. I do not say this because these products are mine but because practice has shown their effectiveness. Those who wish can come and have a consultation because each person has particular problems. For instance in Varna [a big city on the Bulgarian Black sea coast] the prevailing problem is sclerosis of the blood vessel system, that means a bad irrigation and many people complain of cold hands and feet. Others suffer from varicose veins. In general, after the age of 50 one has to take a better care of oneself. Another serious illness is the problems with the cardiovascular system, which occurs as a result of sclerosis of the cardiovascular system. From there the multiple sclerosis stems – MS, disturbance of the heart rhythm, weak heart, infarct and (brain) stroke, buerger disease, gout etc. That is: everything originates from cardiovascular system’s sclerosis or from bad blood irrigation.
Is there a certain period of time, during which elixirs are to be used?
There is no period. One has to make an own prophylactics plan. Once a year one is to purify one’s gall-bladder – when the autumn sets in – and take 20 drops of numbers 3, 774, 51 and so on. After the summer’s disasters an even rougher winter is forthcoming. For cold hands and feet I recommend numbers 6 and 156. For the nervous system the following takes effect: two times per evening –10-20 drops in a combination of four elixirs – for relaxation of the nervous system.
Are these products to be obtained at reasonable prices?
They can be obtained at a very little price for the taken effect. Everyone has to think about what an alimentary supplement is – natural vitamins and products. The different types of migraines are as well a result of a bad blood irrigation and sclerosis of the blood vessels. For the migraines most appropriate are inhalations on going to bed – these will help ears and sinusitis. These are old methods, which unfortunately have been forgotten.
Besides in case of prophylactics, do your products take effect in case of intensive healing as well?
When we talk about healing – everything has to be applied, which will take effect. In this direction I will keep my further opinion to myself until my elixirs get recognized as medicines. And I do hope this will happen by the end of this year and in January I will give you a new interview.
How have you organized the production?
The production is centralized in Sofia. We have special premises where 5-6 people work. Our premises have been approved by the Hygiene-Epidemic Institute and we are strictly following all requirements so that we can work undisturbed.
What would you advise your patients?
I would advise them not to wait until the worst comes to the worst but undertake elixir prophylactics in time. As I already mentioned, they should take two times per day 20 drops of numbers 3, 51 and 774 against flu and two times per evening on going to bed – 10 drops of the four elixirs numbers 29, 139, 740 and 172 – for the vegetative nervous system.
Should the elixirs be dissolved in water?
The doses should be poured into 100 gram of mineral water. 40 drops are equal to 1 millilitre. When one has problems with sleep, one should drink these two times per evening; feet should always be washed with lukewarm water for about 10 minutes and eyes should also be washed 3-4 times especially after one has watched TV. Because an illness exists called “vibration illness” for fighting of which I have designed Elixir No. 361 – this disease ruins the nervous system the most and people are not aware of this. I have designed a supplementary product as well – for people who work with computers – because these devices ruin the nervous system too much.
Where could people find you for a consultation?
I receive people of Fridays and Saturdays from 12.30 h. on and every fifth week I am in Varna and I give free consultations. My office is situated on 6, “Hadji Stamat” St. (behind the stomatology building).
In the autumn period rheumatic diseases are activated. What would you recommend in this aspect?
All pains of this sort are a result of the penetrated into the bones Chlamydia. It stops the blood irrigation, all kinds of cartilages and conjunctive tissues get melted. Coxartrosis and rheumatism occur. That is why we should not swim in swimming pools but only in the sea during the summer. I have designed an elixir, which I recommend to be used for massages. One has to always watch his kidneys as well. Elixir 7 is wonderful. It is not possible to achieve any result with prostate infection if kidneys and secretory system are not purified at first. We have to always watch ourselves closely and if we notice any disturbance, we should take measures in time. I always talk about the gall bladder for the purification of which I have worked out a methodology because usually it always gets folded after the age of 50. And this results into a bad liver performance; the cholesterol and triglyceride’s level keys up etc. One has to dedicate to oneself at least 15 minutes per day.
